Das erwartet Sie

* Sie betreuen Kund*innen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

* Sie erkennen selbstständig, wenn jemand Unterstützung braucht, und sprechen die Personen aktiv an.

* Zu den Aufgaben gehören auch die Überwachung der U-Bahn-Stationen über Monitore und Meldesysteme.

* Sie kontrollieren technische Anlagen vor Ort und achten auf Sicherheit und Regeln.

* Nach einiger Zeit machen Sie die Ausbildung zum*zur U-Bahn-Fahrer*in und werden danach bei Bedarf eingesetzt.

Das bringen Sie mit

* Sie verfügen über der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.

* Für den Fahrdienst im Schichtbetrieb erfüllen Sie die körperlichen und psychischen Voraussetzungen, einschließlich Mindestgröße und ausreichendem Sehvermögen. Sie sind bereit, regelmäßig nachts sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten.

* Eine starke Kund*innenorientierung, proaktives Serviceverhalten, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein sicheres, freundliches Auftreten gehören zu Ihren wichtigsten Eigenschaften.

* Zusätzlich bringen Sie technisches Grundverständnis sowie ein hohes Maß an Pflichtbewusstsein, Engagement, Selbstständigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit mit.

* Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (z.B. im Servicebereich) ist wünschenswert.

Das bieten wir Ihnen

Gehalt

Für diese Position bieten wir ein KV-Mindestgehalt von EUR 2.570,59 brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeit (Wiener Stadtwerke Kollektivvertrag, Besoldungsordnung A, Schema I, Gehaltgruppe A), abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Nach dem positiven Abschluss Ihrer Ausbildung steigt Ihr Grundgehalt auf EUR 2.710,23 brutto pro Monat (37,5h/Woche).
