Als Service Monteur bij onze opdrachtgever in Emmen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het installeren en onderhouden van de weeg- en verpakkingsmachines op locatie bij de klant. Ook bij storingen ben jij de redder in nood! Door het internationale karakter ben je veelvuldig onderweg in binnen- en buitenland (ook buiten Europa). Een resultaat gerichte en gestructureerde aanpak gecombineerd met een klantvriendelijke opstelling is daarbij essentieel. Je bent op locatie bij de klant immers het gezicht van het bedrijf. Je koppelt de werkzaamheden en informatie terug naar het hoofd van de afdeling Service, dit vormt een belangrijke informatiebron voor Verkoop, Planning en Engineering.

Je voornaamste werkzaamheden zijn: - Het installeren, plaatsen, in bedrijf stellen, en onderhouden van de weeg- en verpakkingsmachines bij klanten. - Het oplossen van storingen en het snel analyseren en verhelpen van technische storingen op locatie. - Adviseren en trainen van klanten over het gebruik en onderhoud van machines. - Rapportage en terugkoppeling. Denk hierbij aan het documenteren van de werkzaamheden en terugkoppelen aan de afdeling Service voor interne afstemming. - Voorbereiden van klantbezoeken en beheren van gereedschappen en onderdelen. - Waarborgen van veiligheid en kwaliteit tijdens alle werkzaamheden.

De Service Monteur die wij zoeken beschikt over:

- Werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie - Goede kennis van elektro- en werktuigbouwkunde - Goede kennis van besturingstechniek - Minimaal MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau - Een flexibele instelling. Zo moet je bereidt zijn om te reizen voor je werk. - Fysiek zwaar werk is voor jou geen probleem. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift en goede spreekvaardigheid in de Duitse en Engelse taal. - Rijbewijs B
