Locatie Schiedam Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Rotterdam. Deze organisatie is actief in elektrotechnische systemen en apparatuur en verzorgt onderhoud en service binnen meerdere vestigingen. De afdeling Field Engineering bestaat uit 24 medewerkers, 3 regiomanagers en 1 manager en voert werkzaamheden uit voor een vestiging in Rotterdam. De medewerkers werken in de vestigingen en zorgen voor het onderhoud van casinomachines, signs, jackpotsystemen en accountsystemen met de bijbehorende randapparatuur en lossen daarbij zowel complexe als minder complexe storingen op. De werkzaamheden omvatten preventief onderhoud, reparaties, vervanging van onderdelen en het verwerken van gegevens in de daarvoor benodigde systemen en formulieren. De medewerkers werken klantgericht en bestellen materialen en onderdelen conform het bestaande voorraadsysteem. De organisatie hecht waarde aan integriteit en veiligheid en voert een integriteitsonderzoek uit als onderdeel van de sollicitatieprocedure. Medewerkers volgen een interne opleiding waarin gedetailleerde kennis van de apparatuur en reparatietechnieken wordt opgedaan.
