Locatie Gilze Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Gilze. Dit bedrijf is al decennialang actief in de levering en het onderhoud van professionele keukenapparatuur voor klanten in de Benelux. De organisatie werkt als importeur, groothandel en producent en biedt een full service dienstenpakket met adviseren, demonstreren, leveren, installeren en service en onderhoud. Het bedrijf heeft een vestiging in Gilze en een filiaal in Oud-Turnhout en bedient een diversiteit aan klanten in de retail en foodservice en horeca. In Gilze vinden zowel interne als buitendienstactiviteiten plaats en er werken circa 120 collega's in de organisatie. De buitendienst levert service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden bij klanten in de regio waarbij zowel storingsoplossing als gepland onderhoud tot de werkzaamheden behoren. De rol van Service Monteur speelt zich hoofdzakelijk af in de regio Rotterdam en vereist regelmatig klantcontact op locatie, het oplossen van technische storingen die veelal in elektra of water liggen en het verzorgen van correcte digitale administratie van bezoeken. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je samen met ongeveer 30 monteurs binnen het serviceteam en vertrek je veelal vanuit huis met een compleet ingerichte bus De organisatie organiseert met regelmaat interne producttrainingen en heeft een bonusregeling bij verkoop van apparatuur en supplies Daarnaast is er aandacht voor een informele werksfeer en periodieke bijeenkomsten op locatie zoals een maandelijkse borrel.
