Deze organisatie is actief in het leveren van oplossingen op het gebied van industriële hygiëne en reinigingssystemen. De organisatie ontwikkelt en levert totaaloplossingen die worden geïntegreerd in bedrijfsprocessen en bedient klanten, waaronder organisaties uit de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. Vanuit de vestiging in Boxmeer wordt service verleend vanaf plaatsing van installaties tot gepland onderhoud en het oplossen van storingen. De servicefunctie bestaat uit een binnendienst die opdrachten organiseert en een buitendienst die de uitvoering bij de klant verzorgt. Medewerkers in de buitendienst vertrekken doorgaans vanuit huis en werken zelfstandig op locatie bij klanten in binnen- en incidenteel buitenlandse projecten. Veilig werken is belangrijk vanwege het werk met elektrische installaties en chemie en medewerkers krijgen hiervoor inhoudelijke instructies en trainingen. In Boxmeer is aandacht voor ontwikkeling en scholing van medewerkers en er worden bijeenkomsten op de hoofdlocatie georganiseerd voor training en overleg. De serviceorganisatie streeft naar klantgerichte uitvoer van onderhoud, storingsoplossing en inbedrijfstelling en legt nadruk op instructie en advies aan de klant over dagelijks gebruik en preventief onderhoud. De samenwerking tussen binnendienst en buitendienst is belangrijk voor een goede uitvoering van serviceactiviteiten en voor het borgen van klanttevredenheid.
