Als Service Monteur ben jij het technische geweten van de organisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de geavanceerde automatiseringslijnen bij klanten optimaal blijven presteren. Je werkt zelfstandig aan uitdagende serviceopdrachten, waarbij je storingen analyseert, oplost en preventief onderhoud uitvoert. Jouw technische expertise en probleemoplossend vermogen maken het verschil in de continuïteit van productieprocessen bij toonaangevende bedrijven in de voedingsindustrie. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en bouwt sterke relaties op door jouw professionaliteit en servicegerichtheid. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Het uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan complexe automatiseringslijnen; - Het analyseren en verhelpen van mechanische, elektrische en pneumatische storingen; - Het inbedrijfstellen en optimaliseren van machines en installaties bij klanten; - Het adviseren van klanten over technische verbeteringen en onderhoudsstrategieën; - Het documenteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en het rapporteren aan de servicecoördinator; - Het uitvoeren van modificaties en upgrades aan bestaande systemen; - Het verzorgen van technische trainingen voor klanten en eindgebruikers; - Het signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden in machines en processen.

In deze functie krijg je de kans om jezelf continu te ontwikkelen. De organisatie biedt uitgebreide trainingsmogelijkheden op het gebied van nieuwe technologieën, softwaresystemen en procesautomatisering. Je kunt doorgroeien naar een rol als Senior Service Monteur, waarbij je complexere projecten gaat leiden en junior collega's begeleidt. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden om door te stromen naar een functie als Service Coördinator of Technisch Specialist, waarbij je meer betrokken bent bij de ontwikkeling van nieuwe serviceconcepten en klantoplossingen.
