Je stelt de oorzaak van een storing vast en lost deze op met de daarvoor aangereikte tools. Dit doe je ter plaatse of je stelt vast wat er nodig is voor een oplossing. Dit rapporteer je aan de klant en leidinggevende en adviseert beide over welke vervolgacties te ondernemen. Daarnaast krijg je de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Zoekt storingen en stelt de oorzaak vast; - Je verricht preventief en correctief onderhoud aan installaties; - Adviseert klant en leidinggevende m.b.t. te ondernemen acties; - Draagt verbetervoorstellen aan; - Verzorgt een correcte rapportage en administratieve afwerking.
