In regio Gent versterk je een stabiele, familiale speler in de HVAC-utiliteitsbouw. Samen met een team van 30 collega’s realiseer je hoogwaardige installaties voor scholen, zorginstellingen en kantoren. Hier draait service niet enkel om problemen oplossen, maar om continuïteit, topkwaliteit en duurzame klantrelaties.

Als Service Manager ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen strategie en uitvoering en geef je leiding aan de dagelijkse werking van de serviceafdeling.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je coördineert alle service- en onderhoudsactiviteiten, van planning tot uitvoering
  • Daarbij stuur je servicetechniekers en onderaannemers aan en begeleid je hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling
  • Ook volg je budgetten, marges en nacalculaties nauwgezet op en stuur je bij waar nodig
  • Daarnaast onderhoud je B2B-klantrelaties en breid je onderhoudscontracten verder uit
  • Tot slot signaleer je commerciële opportuniteiten en verbeteringen in overleg met het management
  • Je hebt een bachelor in elektromechanica, HVAC/klimatisatie of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Minstens 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen service of onderhoud in HVAC is vereist
  • Tot slot communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands en spreek je een woordje Engels
