Technisch sterk, commercieel vlot en graag bezig met planning, onderdelen én klantencontact?

Dan is dit zo’n functie waar geen enkele dag identiek is. Voor een moderne werkplaats in Menen zoeken we een Service & Parts Advisor die houdt van structuur, klanten verderhelpen en een werkplaats die draait zoals het hoort.

Je bent hier niet gewoon “de persoon aan de balie”. Je bent een centrale schakel tussen klant, techniekers, onderdelen en planning.

Functieomschrijving

Als Service & Parts Advisor neem je samen met je collega’s de verantwoordelijkheid over administratie, onderdelenbeheer, planning en klantenopvolging binnen de Trucks & Vans afdeling.

Je ontvangt klanten, luistert naar hun noden en maakt offertes op voor onderhoud en herstellingen. Daarnaast plan je werkorders correct in en zorg je ervoor dat techniekers beschikken over de juiste onderdelen en materialen.

Een typische werkdag?

Je stemt af met klanten, verwerkt werkorders, volgt bestellingen op en zorgt ervoor dat de administratie en facturatie correct verlopen. Ondertussen hou je contact met leveranciers, beheer je de stock en zorg je ervoor dat goederen correct ontvangen en verwerkt worden.

Je volgt ook betalingen, klachten en terugzendingen op en communiceert vlot met collega’s om de werkplaats efficiënt en rendabel te laten draaien.

Kort gezegd: jij houdt mee de motor draaiende achter de schermen van de werkplaats. Letterlijk en figuurlijk.

  • Bachelor werk en denkniveau
  • Eerste ervaring in een technisch commerciële of servicegerichte functie
  • Kennis van automotive of sterke interesse in Trucks & Vans
  • Organisatorisch sterk en stressbestendig
  • Klantgericht en communicatief vaardig
  • Administratief nauwkeurig
  • Vlotte kennis Nederlands
  • Kennis Frans en Engels is een plus
  • Goede kennis van MS Office 365
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en kan goed prioriteiten stellen

Een goeie service coördinator houdt niet alleen de planning onder controle, maar zorgt er ook voor dat klanten met vertrouwen terugkomen. Dat verschil zoeken ze hier.
