The posting

Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Service Planner die ervaring heeft op het gebied van perslucht en gascompressie. Bij de klant waar wij op zoek zijn naar een Service Planner, kan je terecht voor de hoogste kwaliteit compressoren en het comprimeren van diverse soorten gas. Als Service Planner bestaan jouw werkzaamheden voornamelijk uit de volgende aandachtsgebieden planning, contact en administratie/rapportage. Dit ziet eruit als volgend:

- Verzorgen van de serviceplanning voor de servicemonteurs;

- Het maken van onderhoudsafspraken bij de klant en het inplannen en bijwerken van onderhoudsactiviteiten;

- Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt binnen en buiten de organisatie op het gebied van service;

- Contact onderhouden met leveranciers om te zorgen voor een tijdige levering van onderdelen en diensten;

- Bestellen van onderdelen via het geautomatiseerde systeem;

- Verzamelen van urenstaten, servicebonnen van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en deze controleren op volledigheid en juistheid.

En beschik jij over de volgende functie eisen, aarzel dan niet om te solliciteren voor de functie van Service Planner:

- In het bezit van minimaal een MBO 4 diploma in een technische of administratieve richting;

- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een industriële service gerichte omgeving;

- Ervaring met QEHS-systemen, VCA-vol is een pré;

- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;

- Ervaring in het werken met perslucht en gascompressie, bij voorkeur als Service Planner. Ben jij een monteur die meerdere jaren ervaring heeft, en de stap naar binnen wil maken dan ben je ook uiteraard van harte welkom om te solliciteren;

- Kennis van serviceplanning en ervaring in een service-organisatie.
