Wat ga je precies doen Als service planner draag je bij aan het soepel laten verlopen van onze serviceprocessen. Je combineert planning, coördinatie en administratie om ervoor te zorgen dat serviceverzoeken efficiënt worden verwerkt en uitgevoerd. Met jouw organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail speel je een belangrijke rol in het verhogen van de klanttevredenheid en het ondersteunen van een goed functionerende serviceafdeling. Je schakelt dagelijks met klanten, servicetechnici en het management, waarbij je zorgt voor een optimale balans tussen kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit. Wat je gaat doen: - Verwerken en inplannen van serviceverzoeken: binnen 2 werkdagen en klanten proactief informeren over de voortgang. - Dagelijks afstemmen: met servicetechnici over planning, werkvoorbereiding en prioriteiten. - Bewaken van productiviteit: zorgen dat deze minimaal 74% bedraagt en contractuele responstijden worden nageleefd. - Beheren van openstaande orders: werkbonnen goedkeuren en zorgen dat deze binnen 3 dagen na uitvoering klaar zijn voor facturatie. - Zorgen voor naleving: van veiligheidsvoorschriften en het plannen van verplichte trainingen.
