Je bent sterk in plannen, prioriteren en schakelen tussen klanten, monteurs en collega's? Vind jij het daarnaast leuk om overzicht te creëren en ervoor te zorgen dat onze monteurs op het juiste moment en met de juiste informatie en middelen op pad gaan? Als Service Planner ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en voorbereiden van serviceorders binnen de afdeling Service Nederland. Indien nodig werk je ook samen met onze afdeling Service Key Accounts. Je plant werkzaamheden op basis van urgentie, SLA-contracten (Service Level Agreements), monteurscapaciteit, regio, technische vaardigheden, certificeringen, materiaalbeschikbaarheid en klantafspraken. Daarmee speel je een belangrijke rol in een betrouwbare serviceverlening en een efficiënte inzet van onze servicemonteurs. Je werkt nauw samen in een team van 4 andere planners, met 3 Service Coördinatoren, 4 Service Medewerkers en ongeveer 40 Service Monteurs. Daarnaast heb je veelvuldig contact met diverse teamleads, onze supply chain, third-party leveranciers en heb je uiteraard veel klantcontact.
