We get the job done! Functieomschrijving Als Service planner zorg je dat service werkzaamheden soepel verlopen. Je houdt contact met klanten, bewaakt de service en zorgt dat monteurs op het juiste moment aan de slag kunnen. - Werkbonnen opstellen en verwerken; - De voortgang van meldingen en werkzaamheden bewaken; - Schakelen tussen projectleiders, monteurs en klanten; - Bij storingen en noodgevallen snel de planning aanpassen; - Kosten bewaken en materiaal bestellen om op schema te blijven; - Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling; - Processen en planning continu verbeteren. Functie-eisen Je houdt van organiseren, schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en bewaart het overzicht. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid en gevoel voor service zorg je voor een planning waarop klanten en monteurs kunnen rekenen. - Minimaal één jaar ervaring in een planningsfunctie binnen de techniek; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Ervaring met het inplannen van monteurs; - Stressbestendigheid en organisatorisch sterk; - Vaardig in klantcontact en servicebewaking; - Rijbewijs B.
