Persoon die wij zoeken

Hou jij ook van werken achter de schermen? Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot en ben je goed in plannen en organiseren? Bovendien klantgericht met veel enthousiasme voor een glimlach bij elke klant? Dan ben jij de service planner die wij zoeken! Je krijgt een gevarieerd, maar uitdagend administratief takenpakket toegewezen. Met jouw aansturing zorg je voor een uitstekende klantentevredenheid bij onze klanten.

Wat zijn je uitdagingen?

  • Als planner ga je, samen met je collega's, op basis van bestellingen de dagelijkse planning van onze service techniekers inplannen en bijsturen volgens noodzaak.
  • Op termijn zal je ook instaan voor het opvolgen en oplossen van klachten. De puntjes op de "i" zetten en duurzame relaties opbouwen met onze klanten zijn daarbij een must.
  • Je neemt het operationeel beheer van de back-office diensten voor jouw toegewezen toonzalen voor je rekening
  • Je communiceert zowel naar klanten als naar leveranciers
  • Enige ervaring in de bouw- of keukensector is een plus
  • Logistiek en na-service zijn je niet vreemd
  • Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel
  • Je bent spontaan, klantvriendelijk en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband
  • Klanten telefonisch bijstaan is geen probleem
