Als Customer Service & Planning medewerker ben jij de spil in de administratieve opvolging van expertisedossiers. Je coördineert de volledige doorstroom van informatie tussen klanten, experten en interne diensten. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en organisatievermogen zorg je ervoor dat elk dossier vlot, correct en tijdig wordt afgehandeld.

Hoe zit jouw dag als Customer Service Medewerker eruit?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en draagt actief bij aan het waarborgen van een optimale klanttevredenheid.
  • Je stelt de dagelijkse planning op voor expert-collega's, rekening houdend met de regio en maak gebruik van ons systeem.
  • Je zorgt voor een efficiënte en klantgerichte afhandeling van vragen, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat de klant zich gehoord en begrepen voelt.
  • Je behandelt zowel outbound als inbound calls, waarbij je altijd gericht bent op het bieden van oplossingen.
  • Je belt klanten op om plaatsbezoeken in te plannen voor onze experten, en coördineert deze afspraken.
  • Je hebt dagelijks contact met experten, mandatarissen, bankagentschappen en particulieren, en onderhoudt deze relaties.
  • Je verstrekt helder en nauwkeurig informatie aan klanten over onze producten en diensten, en fungeert bijvoorbeeld als helpdesk voor bankagentschappen bij het indienen van aanvragen.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning en beantwoordt vragen op een vlotte en professionele manier.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesoptimalisatie en deelt jouw ideeën op het juiste moment met het team.

Je bent een enthousiaste Customer service medewerke r die met veel plezier luistert naar de klant en deze bijstaat in alle mogelijke scenario’s.

Verder ben je:

  • Afgestudeerd met minstens een bachelorsdiploma
  • Je deinst niet weg van telefonisch contact en je weet hoe telefoonscenario's op te volgen
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Frans
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel
  • Nauwkeurig en professioneel
  • Klant-en servicegerichte ingesteld
  • Goed redeneervermogen
