In dieser spannenden Funktion als Experte für unsere Field Service Prozesse übernimmst du die zentrale Verantwortung für die Koordination und Optimierung unserer Supportprozesse (bei Fronius in Österreich sowie in unseren Tochtergesellschaften). Dabei arbeitest du eng mit nationalen und internationalen Kollegen zusammen, koordinierst den Supportprozess und trägst zudem maßgeblich zu dessen kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung bei. Im Detail erwarten dich folgende abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben:

* Erarbeite, betreue und optimiere bestehende und neue globale Supportprozesse auf Basis unserer Service-Strategie und stelle diese in unserer Prozesslandschaft nachvollziehbar dar * Monitore und bewerte unsere internationalen Service-KPIs durch regelmäßige Reviews und interne Audits * Bearbeitung, Klärung und Freigabe der weltweiten Garantiefälle unserer Töchter und Repräsentanten. * Koordiniere globale Prozessausrollungen und supporte unsere nationalen Experten * Entwicklung von SLA-, Wartungs- und Serviceverträgen sowie der dazugehörigen Preisstrategien auf Basis fundierter Marktanalysen. Erstellung von Service-Business-Cases in enger Abstimmung mit den unterstützenden Fachbereichen, insbesondere Legal und Pricing Management. * Pflege von Daten im ERP-System gemeinsam mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen * Bereite strategische Inhalte und Unterlagen für die Leitung unseres Technical Competence Centers kreativ auf - stets mit Blick auf unsere Service-Strategie * Engagiere dich in spannenden Projekten, Netzwerken und Projektteams und übernimm im Anlassfall selbst die Projektleitung

Dein Profil: * Erfolgreich abgeschlossene höhere technische und/oder kaufmännische Ausbildung * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position * Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen * Kenntnisse der Atlassian Toolchain (v.a. Confluence) von Vorteil * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strategisches Denken * Hohe Ziel- und Lösungsorientierung mit Blick auf Kosten und Qualität * Selbstsicheres und kommunikatives Auftreten * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Reisebereitschaft 10-15%

Unsere Löhne und Gehälter liegen über dem Kollektivvertrag (KV) der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie. Die KV-Mindestwerte betragen zwischen € 3.888,53 und € 4.993,21 - mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Die genaue Höhe hängt von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab.
