Als Service & Project Engineer ben je de schakel tussen techniek, klanten en de uitvoering op het terrein. Je combineert hands-on technische interventies met de voorbereiding, coördinatie en opvolging van projecten en werven.

Je analyseert technische problemen, voert inspecties en serviceopdrachten uit en zorgt er voor dat werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verlopen.

Daarnaast onderhoud je nauwe contacten met klanten, leveranciers en interne collega’s en draag je actief bij aan een uitstekende serviceverlening.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je bent het technisch aanspreekpunt voor service-interventies, inspecties en projecten binnen FCS.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen en storingen en werkt mee aan duurzame en efficiënte oplossingen voor onze klanten.
  • Je voert technische metingen, inspecties en analyses uit en vertaalt jouw bevindingen naar heldere adviezen en rapportages.
  • Je bereidt werven voor, coördineert de uitvoering en bewaakt de kwaliteit, planning en voortgang van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je onderhoudt nauw contact met klanten, leveranciers en collega’s en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen.
  • Je waakt over een veilige werkomgeving en zorgt er voor dat werkzaamheden uitgevoerd worden volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je voert risicoanalyses uit, organiseert de nodige werfbesprekingen en neemt gepaste maatregelen wanneer nodig.
  • Je werkt service-gerelateerde offertes uit en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van opdrachten en projecten.
  • Je bouwt jouw technische expertise verder uit en volgt de ontwikkelingen binnen onze producten, installaties en toepassingen op de voet.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in een technische richting, bij voorkeur bouw / mechanica of gelijkaardige relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterkte interesse in mechanische installaties en industriële technieken.
  • Ervaring met service en onderhoud als ook werfcoördinatie is een plus.
  • Je bent bij voorkeur in het bezit van een VCA-VOL certificaat (of bereid dit te halen).
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Attesten voor heftruck, hoogwerker of andere relevante arbeidsmiddelen zijn een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans. Kennis van Engels is een extra troef.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office. Kennis van SAP is een meerwaarde.
