Dein Team:

Unser Team Service Provisioning & Activation kümmert sich darum, B2B-Services technisch einzurichten, zu aktivieren und zu betreuen. So sorgen wir dafür, dass unsere Lösungen für Geschäftskunden zuverlässig und in hoher Qualität bereitstehen.

* Unterstütze dabei, B2B-Services für Geschäftskunden zu konfigurieren, in Betrieb zu nehmen und fertigzustellen.

* Prüfe Konfigurationen und Arbeitsschritte auf technische Qualität und hilf, Fehler frühzeitig zu erkennen.

* Lerne unsere Aktivierungsprozesse kennen und bringe Ideen ein, wie wir Abläufe verständlicher und effizienter gestalten können.

* Arbeite dich in technische Standards, Tools und Methoden ein und teile dein Wissen mit dem Team.

* Stimme dich bei kundenindividuellen Lösungen mit Kolleg_innen aus anderen Fachbereichen sowie mit externen Partner_innen ab.

* Unterstütze bei technischen Fragen und hilf mit, passende Lösungen für Geschäftskunden zu finden.

* Du interessierst dich für Netzwerktechnik und B2B-Services und bringst ein gutes technisches Grundverständnis mit?

* Du hast eine technische Ausbildung abgeschlossen oder dir technisches Wissen auf anderem Weg angeeignet?

* Du hast im besten Fall schon erste Erfahrung mit Netzwerken, IP, Routing oder Voice-Services? Wenn du noch nicht alles kennst, lernst du es bei uns.

* Du gehst Aufgaben strukturiert und sorgfältig an und hast Freude daran, technische Zusammenhänge zu verstehen?

* Du möchtest dich fachlich weiterentwickeln und Neues lernen?

* Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse und kannst dich auf Englisch verständigen?

Für diese Position ist lt. unserem Kollektivvertrag für Telekommunikation ein monatliches Mindestgehalt von EUR 2.775,28 brutto auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5 Wochenstunden) vorgesehen. Dein tatsächliches Gehalt besprechen wir noch mit dir persönlich. Wir orientieren uns dabei an deiner individuellen Qualifikation und deiner Erfahrung und bieten dir eine entsprechende, attraktive Überzahlung.
