Functie

Voor onze klant, een gekende A-merk garage, gaan we op zoek naar een service raadgever voor de afdeling van de carrosserie.

Jouw uitdagende takenpakket als Service raadgever in de carrosserie:

  • Je staat in voor het ontvangen van de klanten zowel face-to-face als telefonisch en helpt hen verder bij alle vragen (kan gaan van facturen, service, uit te voeren werken tot schadedossiers).
  • Opmaken van de werkplanning en werkorders en deze doorgeven aan de werkplaats;
  • Opmaken van bestekken en bespreken met de klant;
  • In onderhandeling gaan met experts, verzekeringsmaatschappijen..
  • Klachtbehandeling en volledige opvolging van de klanten A-Z;
  • Voorbereiding van de facturatie;
  • Opmaken en beheren van voertuigen en klantenfiches;
  • Je rapporteert in dit alles aan de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke.

Profiel

Jij als ideale Service raadgever in de carrosserie kan dit afvinken:

  • Bachelor Automotive behaald of aantoonbaar denkniveau;
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen een soortgelijke functie;
  • Technische kennis en affiniteit binnen de automotive;
  • Zeer goede talenkennis Nederlands en Frans;
  • Zelfstandig werken maar evengoed collegiale ingesteldheid;
  • Klantgericht, sterk planmatig, prioriteiten weten te leggen, stressbestendig;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en efficiënt en hebt een sterke commerciële drive.
