We zijn op zoek naar een service raadgever personenwagens voor een A-merk garage gelegen te Waregem.

Dit is jouw uitgebreide en uitdagende takenpakket als service raadgever voor de personenwagens:

  • Jij bent de centrale draaischijf tussen klant en de interne afdelingen en werkplaats waar je instaat voor een optimale klanttevredenheid en rentabiliteit van de werkplaats.
  • Je bent samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en coördineren van afspraken voor reparatie en onderhoud.
  • Je neemt de opdrachten van klanten in ontvangst, stelt werkorders op en verdeelt ze over de mecaniciens.
  • Daarnaast sta je in voor de administratieve afhandeling van alle werkzaamheden uitgevoerd in de eigen werkplaats.
  • Correcte administratieve opvolging tot de het opvolgen en aanmaken van facturatie.

Profiel

Jij als de ideale service raadgever personenwagens kan dit afvinken:

  • Bij voorkeur heb je een bachelor in de automotive
  • Geen bachelor? Dan kan je een bachelor-denk niveau aantonen door mooie ervaring binnen de sector;
  • Stressbestendig, overview bewaken en prioriteiten leggen;
  • Een vlotte communicator, zowel naar klanten als naar de collega's
  • Je bent open, service minded en weet van aanpakken
  • Je houdt van planning en zorgt dagelijks voor een vlekkeloze invulling van de afspraken tussen de klant en de werkplaats
  • Je administratieve nauwkeurigheid weerspiegelt zich onder meer in de kwaliteit van je opgemaakte werkorders, offerten en de facturatie
  • Je leert snel nieuwe applicaties aan en kent voldoende je weg in MS Office 365
