In deze functie sta je centraal in de serviceorganisatie rond HVAC en klimaatoplossingen. Je koppelt technische analyse aan duidelijke klantcommunicatie en volgt je dossiers van A tot Z op.

Concreet:

  • Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan dealers, installateurs en interne techniekers rond mechanische ventilatie, warmtepompen en andere HVAC-oplossingen binnen Climate Solutions.
  • Je analyseert data uit geconnecteerde toestellen via de Service Portal en gebruikt deze inzichten om problemen gericht te identificeren en op te lossen.
  • Je neemt ownership over je technische dossiers en zorgt voor een correcte, volledige en tijdige opvolging van klantenvragen en klachten.
  • Je informeert klanten duidelijk en proactief over de oorzaak van een probleem, het plan van aanpak en de voorgestelde oplossing.
  • Je stemt bij complexe technische cases af met collega's binnen R&D, Product Management, Sales of Service om tot een efficiënte oplossing te komen.
  • Je registreert, documenteert en volgt service-dossiers nauwkeurig op in de beschikbare IT-tools.
  • Je bestelt benodigde onderdelen, materialen en wisselstukken en waakt erover dat deze tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
  • Je staat in voor de administratieve afhandeling van service-dossiers, inclusief opvolging en facturatie.
  • Je verdiept je continu in technische kennis via interne opleidingen rond productaanpassingen, mechanische ventilatie, warmtepompen en systeemoptimalisaties.
  • Je gaat sporadisch mee ter plaatse bij klanten om technische issues op te lossen en voeling te houden met de installatiepraktijk en de realiteit op het terrein.

Voor deze rol past een technisch profiel dat graag combineert: HVAC-techniek, data-analyse en klantondersteuning.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding of achtergrond in HVAC, mechanische ventilatie, warmtepompen, koeltechnieken, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met mechanische ventilatie en warmtepompen en bent gemotiveerd om je hier verder in te verdiepen.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen gestructureerd en kunt foutanalyses doelgericht uitvoeren.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel met connectiviteit, data en digitale tools en ziet deze als een meerwaarde in je servicewerk.
  • Je communiceert vlot en klantgericht en kunt technische informatie helder vertalen naar verschillende doelgroepen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht, maar draagt actief bij aan een sterke teamwerking.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, bewaart het overzicht bij complexe vragen en houdt klanten proactief geïnformeerd.
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je toont een leergierige houding en blijft gemotiveerd om je product- en systeemkennis verder uit te bouwen.
