The posting

  • Je ondersteunt dealers, installateurs en interne techniekers bij technische vragen rond mechanische ventilatie, warmtepompen en andere HVAC-oplossingen.
  • Je analyseert storingen, foutmeldingen en technische problemen en vertaalt deze naar een concrete diagnose en oplossing.
  • Via de Service Portal raadpleeg en analyseer je data van geconnecteerde toestellen om problemen gericht op te sporen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over jouw servicecases en volgt deze van vraag tot oplossing nauwgezet op.
  • Je houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte van de oorzaak, aanpak en verdere opvolging van hun dossier.
  • Bij complexere technische vraagstukken werk je samen met collega's uit onder andere R&D, Product Management, Sales en Service.
  • Je registreert en documenteert technische interventies en klantvragen zorgvuldig in de beschikbare systemen.
  • Je zorgt voor de bestelling en opvolging van de nodige onderdelen, materialen en wisselstukken.
  • Je neemt ook de administratieve opvolging van servicedossiers voor jouw rekening, inclusief eventuele facturatie.
  • Via interne opleidingen blijf je op de hoogte van nieuwe producten, technische aanpassingen en ontwikkelingen binnen HVAC en Climate Solutions.
  • Sporadisch ga je mee naar een klant of installatie om een technisch probleem ter plaatse te analyseren en je voeling met de praktijk te behouden.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding of relevante ervaring binnen HVAC, ventilatie, warmtepompen, koeltechnieken, elektromechanica of een vergelijkbaar technisch domein.
  • Je hebt interesse in mechanische ventilatie en warmtepompen en wil jouw kennis hiervan verder uitbouwen.
  • Je bent sterk in probleemanalyse en troubleshooting en gaat gestructureerd te werk bij technische vraagstukken.
  • Digitale toepassingen, connectiviteit en het interpreteren van technische data schrikken je niet af.
  • Je bent communicatief en weet complexe technische informatie op een duidelijke en begrijpelijke manier over te brengen.
  • Je denkt vanuit de klant en zoekt steeds naar een correcte en haalbare oplossing.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt ownership, maar overlegt even vlot met collega's wanneer een dossier verschillende expertises vereist.
  • Je behoudt overzicht wanneer verschillende technische dossiers tegelijk lopen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om je technische product- en systeemkennis verder te verdiepen.
