Als Service Supervisor vorm je de schakel tussen klant, techniekers, onderaannemers en interne collega’s. Je beoordeelt technische vragen, denkt mee over haalbare oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat servicewerken correct, veilig en efficiënt worden opgevolgd.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als service coördinator analyseer je technische problemen op basis van klantvragen, interventieverslagen en input van techniekers
  • Vanuit jouw technische kennis werk je oplossingen uit, zoek je de nodige onderdelen op en hou je rekening met de meest efficiënte aanpak
  • Je vraagt offertes op bij onderaannemers, vergelijkt mogelijkheden en zorgt dat klanten een correcte oplossing voorgesteld krijgen
  • Samen met techniekers volg je de uitvoering van de werken op en bied je ondersteuning wanneer technische vragen of onverwachte situaties opduiken
  • Daarnaast denk je mee over verbeteringen, bewaak je de veiligheid en zorg je voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging richting facturatie
  • Hoger technisch diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring in Autotechnieken, Mechanica, Elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige richting
  • Ervaring in technische backoffice, service of coördinatie is een sterke troef, zeker met kennis van elektrische, elektronische of mechanische systemen
  • Je hebt een analytische en klantgerichte werkstijl, gecombineerd met vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en basiskennis Frans
