Voor een innovatieve kmo in regio Roeselare gaat Let's Work op zoek naar een service support engineer.

In deze veelzijdige functie vorm je de schakel tussen de afdelingen automatisatie en service. Je ondersteunt techniekers bij complexe storingen, werkt mee aan technische verbeteringen en groeit dankzij een uitgebreid opleidingstraject uit tot dé technische expert binnen het team. Je geniet van een aantrekkelijk brutoloon tussen €2.800 en €4.000 volgens ervaring, aangevuld met een bedrijfswagen, maaltijdcheques, een smartphone, een fitnessabonnement en 29 verlofdagen.

Wat zijn jouw taken als servicemedewerker technische ondersteuning?

  • Je ondersteunt techniekers bij technische storingen, vooral elektrisch
  • Bij klanten begeleid je hen via telefoon, mail of remote ondersteuning
  • Technische problemen analyseer je en los je op in atelier of op locatie
  • Je voert verbeteringen uit aan bestaande installaties en projecten
  • Nieuwe technologieën en systemen deel je actief met collega's
  • Je werkt mee aan de opstart van installaties en technische verbeteringen
  • Je hebt een diploma als bachelor of master in industriële wetenschappen of een andere technische richting
  • Met een brede technische interesse ligt jouw focus op kennis automatisatie en elektriciteit
  • Analytisch, leergierig en oplossingsgericht pak je uitdagingen aan
  • Basiskennis van PLC-sturingen en elektrische schema's vormt een mooie basis voor deze functie
  • Je geniet van de afwisseling tussen ondersteuning op afstand en sporadische interventies op locatie
