De functie inhoud Als service support medewerker in Roeselare krijg je volgend gevarieerd takenpakket:

  • Telefoongesprekken doorschakelen naar de juiste technisch support engineers om klantvragen te beantwoorden

  • Zorgen voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging van serviceaanvragen en klantendossiers
  • Ondersteuning bieden aan de serviceafdeling bij het opstellen en verwerken van offertes en rapporten
  • De communicatie tussen servicetechniekers en klanten coördineren
  • Alle documenten en werkbonnen zorgvuldig archiveren
  • De klantenservice ondersteunen door duidelijke informatie te geven over producten, diensten en de status van aanvragen
