WERKEN BIJ SMEVA KOELING Klantportaal Service support medewerker Als Service Support Medewerker bij Smeva Koeling ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop en logistiek van onderdelen voor koeltechnische installaties. Jij speelt een cruciale rol in het ondersteunen van onze service monteurs, klanten en leveranciers, zodat onderdelen tijdig en correct worden geleverd. Dankzij jouw technische kennis, klantgerichte instelling en organisatorisch talent zorgen we ervoor dat onze klanten altijd kunnen rekenen op snelle en betrouwbare onderdelenleveringen. Jouw rol: Als Service Support Medewerker ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alle vragen rondom onderdelen voor koel- en vriesinstallaties. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste onderdelen op de juiste plek en op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn, zodat onze service monteurs hun werk efficiënt kunnen uitvoeren. Wat ga je doen? - Adviseren en verkopen van onderdelen voor koeltechnische installaties, zoals compressoren, condensors, verdampers en regeltechniek - Ontvangen en verwerken van bestellingen van klanten, service monteurs en leveranciers - Controleren van voorraadniveaus en tijdig bijbestellen van onderdelen om tekorten te voorkomen - Afstemmen met leveranciers over levertijden en kwaliteit van onderdelen - Ondersteunen bij het opzoeken van technische specificaties van onderdelen voor diverse koelsystemen - Verwerken van bestellingen en facturatie in ons ERP-systeem (Syntess Atrium) - Signaleren van trends en kansen in onderdelenverkoop, zoals veelgevraagde onderdelen of verbeterpunten in de logistiek - Samenwerken met service monteurs om ervoor te zorgen dat onderdelen tijdig en correct worden geleverd Wat breng jij mee?
