Deze internationale speler is een bedrijf dat medische technologie en hulpmiddelen levert aan ziekenhuizen en zorgprofessionals. Het specialiseert zich in de distributie, integratie en ondersteuning van medische apparatuur, software en diensten binnen verschillende medische domeinen zoals chirurgie, endoscopie, beeldvorming, intensive care en cardiologie.

Om hun serviceafdeling verder te versterken, is deze klant namelijk nog op zoek naar een gedreven en ervaren SERVICE SUPPORT MEDEWERKER!

Als SERVICE SUPPORT MEDEWERKER ben jij samen met je collega’s verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en efficiënte afhandeling van alle administratieve processen rond onderhoud en reparaties.

Locatie: Start in Aartselaar, verhuis naar Willebroek midden/eind van dit jaar.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden als SERVICE SUPPORT MEDEWERKER:

  • Het aannemen en verwerken van meldingen in hun ERP-systeem (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Het opstellen en opvolgen van reparatieoffertes, inclusief het bestellen van benodigde onderdelen na akkoord van de klant.
  • Het plannen van afspraken voor hun service techniekers op locatie of intern (agendabeheer).
  • Verwerken van servicefacturen en het opvolgen van servicerapportages richting ziekenhuizen.
  • Het beheren van het reparatie- en bruikleenarchief o.a. door middel van het registreren en verwerken van bruikleenleveringen en retourzendingen in ERP.
  • Het aanmaken van transportopdrachten voor het ophalen en leveren van apparatuur voor de chauffeurs.
  • Het beantwoorden van service gerelateerde e-mails en telefoongesprekken
  • Meedenken over het optimaliseren van klantgerichte processen en het gebruik van ERP

REF: WIL

  • Een eerste ervaring binnen serviceadministratie, bij voorkeur in de medische branche.
  • Ervaring met ERP, CRM, SharePoint en Excel (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is een plus).
  • Een Bachelor denkniveau, stressbestendig en resultaatgericht.
  • Commercieel inzicht en een klantgerichte instelling.
  • Telefonisch contact schrikt jou niet af.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent creatief en denkt mee in oplossingen.
  • Je onderscheidt jezelf door je analytische geest, je klantgeoriënteerde benadering en je capaciteit om op meerdere niveaus te communiceren en te presenteren.
