Bent u technisch aangelegd en houdt u van afwisseling in de job? Voor deze sterke speler in aluminium in o.a. de scheepsvaartindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een SERVICE TECHNEIEKR die graag zowel zelfstandig als in team werkt.

In deze functie bent u verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, herstellingen en installaties bij klanten. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar geen enkele dag hetzelfde is en waar flexibiliteit en vakkennis centraal staan.

Uw werkweek als SERVICE TECHNIEKER loopt van maandag tot vrijdag:

  • Maandag t.e.m. donderdag: 08u00 – 17u00
  • Vrijdag: 08u00 – 13u00 (tenzij wachtdienst)

Hoe ziet uw werkweek als SERVICE TECHNIEKER eruit:

  • Dagelijks vertrek je vanuit het magazijn in Wijnegem, waar de planning wordt toegelicht door de operationeel manager.
  • Je week wordt gevarieerd ingepland. Sommige dagen ga je met een collega op pad voor storingen, andere dagen werk je zelfstandig aan installaties en plaatsingen.
  • Je werkt op verplaatsing, ook in Nederland (o.a. haven Rotterdam en Dordrecht)

Wachtdienst als SERVICE TECHNIEKER:

  • 1 week per maand van zondagavond tot maandagochtend van wacht.
  • Je bent permanent telefonisch bereikbaar.
  • Meeste problemen worden telefonisch opgelost.
  • Ongeveer 10 interventies per jaar ter plaatse.
  • Interventies gebeuren enkel na beslissing van de operationeel manager.

Collectieve sluiting:

  • één week in juli, twee weken in augustus (wachtdienst bij service techniekers).
  • Week tussen Kerst en Nieuw, heeft iedereen verlof, ook de service techniekers.

REF: WIL

  • Je hebt een technische richting gestudeerd
  • Je spreekt perfect Nederlands (klanten in België en Nederland)
  • Kennis van: elektriciteit, hydraulica, elektrode lassen
  • Flexibel ingesteld (ook interventies in Nederland)
  • Bereid om wachtdienst te doen (1 week per maand)
  • Rijbewijs B (BE is een pluspunt of bereid dit te behalen)
  • Teamplayer, maar ook zelfstandig kunnen werken
  • Klantgerichte en probleemoplossende mindset
