Dit bedrijf levert onderhouds- en servicediensten voor commerciële systemen en apparaten en richt zich op het beheer en de optimalisatie van installaties bij zakelijke klanten. De organisatie voert inspecties, preventief onderhoud en analyses uit om installaties actueel en conform geldende richtlijnen te houden. In de dagelijkse activiteiten staat het voorkomen van storingen en het uitvoeren van technische verbeteringen centraal. De monteurs en serviceteams doen veel werkzaamheden op locatie in en rondom Amsterdam en leggen nadruk op duidelijke rapportages en klantcommunicatie. De dienstverlening omvat het bijwerken van software, het uitvoeren van inspecties en het opstellen van technische rapportages en analyses zodat installaties veilig en efficiënt blijven functioneren. De organisatie onderhoudt structureel contact met klanten, fabrikanten, monteurs en leveranciers om technische vragen te coördineren en storingen snel op te lossen. De werkomgeving is praktijkgericht en gericht op vakontwikkeling met opleidingsmogelijkheden tot Engineer of Service coördinator. Er is aandacht voor een gedegen onboarding en voor het versterken van technische en communicatieve vaardigheden van medewerkers. Medewerkers werken veelal op locatie en maken gebruik van een serviceauto en mobiele middelen om toegankelijk te zijn voor klanten in de regio Amsterdam. De dienstverlening volgt actuele richtlijnen en eisen en de organisatie besteedt aandacht aan het vastleggen van inspecties en analyses in rapportages die ook richting klanten worden gedeeld.
