Functieomschrijving Als service technicus werk je in Nieuwegein en ben je onderdeel van een team van 4 collega's. Samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van inspecties op apparatuur die terugkomt van klanten. Je maakt kostenramingen van ingenomen machines, bepaalt welke reserveonderdelen nodig zijn en houdt de voorraad van onderdelen bij in het ERP systeem. Daarnaast stuur je verwachtingen bij klanten over de duur van reparaties en denk je mee over het verbeteren van processen op de werkplaats. Als service technicus heb je dus een afwisselende functie waarin techniek, klantcontact en procesverbetering samenkomen. Je werkt deels in de werkplaats en bent daarnaast af en toe op locatie bij klanten om reparaties uit te voeren. Daarbij beoordeel je samen met de chef van de werkplaats of de kosten van een reparatie opwegen tegen de voordelen. Je werkt met verschillende materialen en gereedschappen en houdt je bezig met inspecties, reparaties en technische beoordelingen. Als service technicus werk je naargelang je ervaring steeds zelfstandiger en krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid binnen het team. Door de afwisseling tussen werkplaats, klantlocaties en technische administratie is geen dag hetzelfde. Je werkt 40 uur per week van 07:00 tot 16:00 uur, met ruimte voor flexibiliteit in je werktijden. Je start de dag samen met collega's en hebt ook een dagelijkse nabespreking. Je werkt in een informeel team binnen een grote internationale organisatie en krijgt een betaalde pauze.
