Als Service Technicus Installatietechniek bij de afdeling Beheer & Onderhoud ben jij de expert die ervoor zorgt dat onze klanten kunnen rekenen op perfect functionerende werktuigbouwkundige installaties. Of het nu gaat om verwarming, koeling, ventilatie of duurzame systemen zoals warmtepompen, jij bent dé specialist die onderhoud en storingen efficiënt aanpakt. In deze rol ben je veel onderweg, werk je zelfstandig én in teamverband aan uitdagende projecten. Je denkt mee met de klant en adviseert over verbeteringen die leiden tot een comfortabelere en energiezuinigere installatie. Jouw uitgebreide takenpakket: - Onderhoud & Reparaties: Preventief en correctief onderhoud aan HVAC-installaties zoals warmtepompen, koelinstallaties, Cv-ketels en luchtbehandelingssystemen. - Storingsdienst: Analyseren en oplossen van storingen, ook als het ad-hoc is, zodat onze klanten geen hinder ondervinden. - Optimalisatie: Inregelen en afstellen van installaties voor maximale prestaties en duurzaamheid. - Klantencontact: Adviseren van klanten over technische verbeteringen, verduurzamingsmogelijkheden en vervanging van installaties. - Documentatie: Het na...
