Je stapt binnen in een no-nonsense familiebedrijf, dat al meer dan 40 jaar onafgebroken groeit binnen de wereld van professionele en industriële reinigingsmachines. Met een team van een 50-tal collega’s heerst er een hechte werksfeer, waar iedereen elkaar ondersteunt en de deur van de zaakvoerder letterlijk openstaat. Hiërarchie is er enkel op papier: je krijgt vertrouwen, verantwoordelijkheid en vooral de ruimte om jezelf te zijn.

Deze onderneming combineert twee activiteiten: enerzijds zijn ze exclusief verdeler van hoogwaardige reinigerstoepassingen met meer dan 300 verdelers in België en Frankrijk. Anderzijds ontwikkelen en verkopen ze industriële installaties op maat. Ze staan in voor zowel verkoop, aanpassingen als service na verkoop.

Hier ben je geen nummer, maar een vaste waarde in een organisatie die vooruit wil.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je voert onderhoudswerken en herstellingen uit aan de machines & krijgt de kans om mee te werken aan projecten rond de installatie van nieuwe machines
  • Na een interne opleidingsperiode ga je zelfstandig de baan op om installaties en onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit te voeren bij klanten
  • Je vervangt onderdelen, voert preventief onderhoud uit en helpt de klanten met technische vragen
  • Je spoort elektrische en mechanische storingen op en lost ze op
  • Je beschikt over een sterke portie technisch inzicht. Iemand met al een achtergrond binnen een gelijkaardige functie is een sterk pluspunt
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een technische opleiding elektromechanica, elektriciteit of mechanica gevolgd
  • Technisch hands-on, nauwkeurig en zelfstandigheid zijn eigenschappen die jou het best omschrijven
