Je komt terecht bij een jong en sterk groeiend technisch bedrijf in de regio Roeselare, dat zich toelegt op industriële elektriciteit, technisch onderhoud en kleinere constructiewerken. De organisatie heeft een uitgesproken focus op kwaliteit, veiligheid en een doordachte aanpak van technische vraagstukken. Het team bestaat uit een kleine maar hechte groep enthousiaste techniekers, elk met hun eigen specialisaties. Deze professionals gaan elke technische uitdaging aan met praktische kennis, doorzettingsvermogen en een sterke betrokkenheid bij de klant. De voorbije jaren kende het bedrijf een sterke groei, aangedreven door de gedrevenheid van de medewerkers en de constante investering in ervaring en vakkennis.

Klanten bevinden zich in volledig West-Vlaanderen waar het team zorgt voor structurele en veilige oplossingen bij onderhouds- en herstellingswerken. Je werkt in een omgeving waar samenwerking en vakmanschap centraal staan, en waar je technische inbreng écht telt!

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Binnen je functie zorg je er hoofdzakelijk voor dat het machinepark optimaal blijft functioneren zonder storingen
  • Je voert onderhoudswerken en herstellingen uit aan diverse types machines
  • Storingen oplossen? Jij denkt logisch en pakt elk probleem hands-on aan met een probleemoplossende denkstrategie
  • Je stemt regelmatig af met de hoofd technische dienst
  • Je zet je technische kennis in (vooral elektrischt en mechanisch) om duurzame oplossingen te realiseren
  • Veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie draag je hoog in het vaandel bij elk project
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma A2- of bachelorsdiploma
  • Ervaring met elektriciteit en mechanica is essentieel, basiskennis van pneumatica is mooi inbegrepen
  • Bij voorkeur kan je terugkijken op enkele jaren ervaring binnen een rol als onderhouds- of storingstechnieker
  • Je kan logisch redeneren, denkt probleemoplossend en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Sterke Nederlandse kennis omwille van veiligheid & communicatie met collega's, noties Frans & Engels zijn een plus
