Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je staat in voor het preventief onderhoud en storingsinterventies bij HVAC-installaties en gebouwtechnieken, waarbij je technische problemen grondig analyseert en vakkundig herstelt of afstelt
  • Als vertrouwd aanspreekpunt bij de klant luister je actief en denk je proactief mee over duurzame, structurele oplossingen die écht meerwaarde bieden
  • Technische administratie zoals werkbonnen en rapportages regel je zelfstandig en accuraat, jouw oog voor detail zorgt voor een vlekkeloze opvolging
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de servicecoördinator en je collega's op de technische dienst, en staat via een wachtdienstsysteem op roulatiebasis paraat voor urgente interventies
  • Jouw inbreng als verbeterdenker wordt gewaardeerd: jouw ideeën over procesoptimalisatie en installatie-aanpassingen maken écht het verschil in de dagelijkse werking
  • Je genoot een diploma in elektromechanica of koeltechnieken
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in HVAC, brandveiligheid of technische service
  • Kennis van gebouwautomatisatie en HVAC-sturingen is noodzakelijk
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B & een VCA attest
  • Je hebt geen hoogtevrees en bent dus in het bezit van een attest hoogtewerker of je bent bereid om dit attest te behalen
