Bij Flex-Rentals bieden we kwalitatieve woonoplossingen en service aan expats. We beheren en verhuren woningen waarbij comfort, betrouwbaarheid en een vlotte service centraal staan.

Als servicetechnieker sta je in voor het dagelijks onderhoud, de herstellingen en de praktische ondersteuning in onze woningen. Je bent een belangrijke schakel in het garanderen van een comfortabele, veilige en goed functionerende woonomgeving voor onze huurders.

Functieomschrijving

Als servicetechnieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor uiteenlopende technische interventies en praktische werkzaamheden in onze woningen. Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde: je werkt zelfstandig op locatie en pakt zowel kleine als grotere problemen op een efficiënte en professionele manier aan.

Je vertrekt van thuis en voert interventies uit in West-Vlaanderen, Oost-Vlaanderen, Vlaams-Brabant en omgeving, afhankelijk van de ligging van onze woningen. Je werkt zelfstandig op de baan, maar staat in nauw contact met het interne team voor planning, opvolging en ondersteuning.

Je taken bestaan onder meer uit:

  • analyseren van technische problemen en storingen in woningen;
  • uitvoeren van herstellingswerken aan sanitair, verwarming, elektriciteit en algemene woninginrichting;
  • uitvoeren van algemene kluswerken, herstellingen en opfrissingswerken;
  • meehelpen bij het inrichten, leeghalen, verhuizen en gebruiksklaar maken van woningen;
  • controleren of woningen technisch, veilig en netjes in orde zijn;
  • correct inschatten wanneer externe vakmensen moeten worden ingeschakeld;
  • rapporteren wat er werd uitgevoerd, welke materialen werden gebruikt en of verdere opvolging nodig is.

Wij zoeken iemand die technisch aangelegd is, zelfstandig kan werken en graag afwisseling heeft in zijn job.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • je bent technisch aangelegd en denkt probleemoplossend;
  • je hebt ervaring met algemene herstellingen en onderhoudswerken in woningen;
  • je beschikt over een goede basiskennis van sanitaire en verwarmingsinstallaties;
  • je beschikt idealiter over een G1-attest of bent bereid dit te behalen;
  • je hebt een basiskennis van elektriciteit;
  • je bent handig en kan overweg met algemeen kluswerk;
  • je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en zelfstandig;
  • je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van je werk;
  • je communiceert correct met collega’s, huurders en leveranciers;
  • je bent klantgericht en kan professioneel communiceren in het Nederlands en Engels;
  • je bent flexibel qua werkuren en bent bereid om op termijn mee te draaien in een beurtrol voor dringende interventies;
  • je schrikt niet terug van fysiek werk, zoals het verplaatsen of monteren van meubels en het inrichten van een woning;
  • je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

Professionele vaardigheden

  • Technische problemen analyseren en praktisch oplossen.
  • Basiswerken uitvoeren aan sanitair, verwarming, elektriciteit en algemene woninginrichting.
  • Kleine herstellingen, montagewerken en opfrissingswerken uitvoeren.
  • Veilig, ordelijk en klantgericht werken.
  • Zelfstandig prioriteiten inschatten en correct rapporteren.

Je hoeft geen specialist te zijn in elk vakgebied, maar je hebt voldoende technisch inzicht om problemen correct in te schatten, kleine herstellingen zelf uit te voeren en te weten wanneer externe vakmensen moeten worden ingeschakeld.
