Dit innovatieve bedrijf is een specialist in de productie en het onderhoud van geavanceerde hef- en werkplatformen. Wat begon als een kleine onderneming, is inmiddels uitgegroeid tot een toonaangevende naam in de Benelux. Bekend om zijn robuuste, betrouwbare machines, biedt het bedrijf industriële oplossingen waar veiligheid en precisie cruciaal zijn. Het productassortiment bestaat onder andere uit roterende verreikers, heftrucks en heavy-duty werkplatformen die zware lasten op grote hoogten verplaatsen – allemaal ontworpen met de nieuwste technologieën en telemetriesystemen.

Als Service Technieker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vraagstukken bij klanten. Met jouw expertise en klantgerichte aanpak zorg je ervoor dat machines snel en vakkundig weer operationeel zijn. Wat houdt de job in?

  • Diagnose en reparatie van machines bij klanten, voornamelijk in Vlaanderen en soms in andere delen van de Benelux.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische plannen en schema’s om problemen effectief op te lossen.
  • Flexibel inspelen op de werkuren, afhankelijk van de situatie, om problemen snel te verhelpen.
  • Gebruik maken van je basiskennis van elektronica, om technische vraagstukken op te lossen.
  • Betrouwbare, oplossingsgerichte service bieden en klanten met vertrouwen helpen als productspecialist.
  • Rapporteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en nauw contact onderhouden met de klantendienst en collega’s.
  • Deelname aan opleidingen om je kennis van de nieuwste technieken en systemen up-to-date te houden.
  • Een technisch diploma in mechanica, elektromechanica of relevante ervaring in complexe industriële toepassingen.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en een goede basiskennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in het lezen van technische plannen en een goed basisinzicht in elektronica.
