Wij zoeken wij een gedreven en klantgerichte Service Technieker (Buitendienst).

Bij ons ben je het gezicht van het bedrijf bij de klant. Je bent de onmisbare schakel die ervoor zorgt dat onze machines en systemen optimaal blijven presteren, overal waar ze nodig zijn!

Wat ga je doen Service Technieker?

Jouw missie op de baan:

  • Onderhoud & Oplossingen: Je voert onderhoudswerken uit en lost technische storingen op locatie op bij een breed scala aan klanten binnen jouw eigen regio. Jouw technisch inzicht in elektro- en/of verbrandingsmotoren is hierbij cruciaal.
  • Klantcontact: Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, geeft deskundige toelichting over de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en behartigt daarbij zowel de belangen van de klant als die van onze organisatie.
  • Rapporteren & Administreren: Je rapporteert nauwkeurig aan de planningsdienst over de uit te voeren werken, maakt werkbonnen correct op en verwerkt deze efficiënt.
  • Voorraadbeheer: Je beheert proactief de voorraad in je professionele bestelwagen, zodat je altijd het juiste materiaal bij de hand hebt.
  • Flexibele Inzet: Waar nodig spring je bij om een collega in een andere regio te ondersteunen.

Profiel

Wie ben jij als onze nieuwe collega Service Technieker?

  • Technisch Aangelegd: Je hebt een natuurlijke aanleg voor techniek en bent klaar om elke uitdaging aan te gaan.
  • Opleiding of Ervaring: Bij voorkeur heb je een opleiding gevolgd in mechanica, autotechnieken, elektromechanica of onderhoudstechnieken, óf je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Kennis van heftrucks is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must! Wij leren je graag alle kneepjes van het vak en bieden je uitgebreide trainingen.
  • Sterk Communicatief: Je bent een vlotte communicator die zich gemakkelijk aanpast aan elke gesprekspartner, van de magazijnmedewerker tot de directie.
  • Geen 9-to-5-mentaliteit: Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om die extra stap te zetten wanneer nodig, en ook een collega te ondersteunen buiten je vaste regio.
  • Rijbewijs B is een must: Jouw bestelwagen is je mobiele werkplek!
