Werk jij graag met je handen en zie je meteen wat er moet gebeuren? Heb je geen zin in een job waar iemand constant over je schouder meekijkt? Hier krijg je vrijheid. Je gaat zelfstandig op de baan, werkt aan poorten bij klanten en zorgt dat alles terug draait zoals het hoort. Geen bandwerk, wel verantwoordelijkheid en zichtbaar resultaat van je werk.

Wat ga je doen? Als onderhoudstechnieker ga je meestal alleen (soms met twee) naar klanten en sta je in voor:

  • Onderhoud van industriële poorten bij vaste en terugkerende klanten
  • Mechanische herstellingen en kleine elektrische interventies
  • Controle van installaties aan de hand van een checklist
  • Kleine herstellingen zelf uitvoeren, grotere problemen doorgeven
  • Correct aanmelden, afmelden en rapporteren van je werk
  • Meedenken: wat moet hier in de toekomst nog gebeuren?Je bent het aanspreekpunt bij de klant en het gezicht van het bedrijf op de baan. Je werkt voltijds in daguren (40u/week). Meestal ben je rond 15u30 - 16u terug, maar je bent bereidt om af en toe wat langer te werken.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een bedrijf met een 20-tal medewerkers, waarvan 13 techniekers en monteurs. De sfeer is familiaal en direct: je kan alles bespreken en er wordt rekening gehouden met je privé wanneer nodig. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de zaakvoerder en krijgt vertrouwen in je werk. Binnen je functie heb je vrijheid om zelf beslissingen te nemen, bijvoorbeeld bij herstellingen of vervangingen. Ze zijn gespecialiseerd in het onderhoud en herstel van industriële poorten en investeren sterk in hun mensen via opleidingen en degelijk materiaal. Hier werk je zelfstandig, maar sta je er nooit alleen voor.
