Functie omschrijving

  • Uitvoeren van service-opdrachten zoals geïnstrueerd door de Service Supervisor of Service Coördinator.
  • Interactie met klanten en uitvoeren van werkplaats- en veldservice, inclusief het oplossen van problemen / beoordeling, inspectie, rapportage, schoonmaak, herassemblage en testen van pompen en besturingen (bedieningspanelen, frequentieomvormers, enz.).
  • Inbedrijfstelling van nieuwe pompen en pompsets / besturingen en training van operators.
  • Opstellen van inbedrijfstellings- en servicerapporten voor beoordeling door de Service Supervisor.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor zijn/haar persoonlijke inzet op het gebied van Gezondheid, Veiligheid en Milieu en van anderen die mogelijk door zijn/haar acties op het werk worden beïnvloed.
  • Bachelor elektromechanica!
  • 1 - 5 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Goede interpersoonlijke vaardigheden voor dagelijkse interactie met klanten en collega's, met een proactieve, vriendelijke en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Begrip van druk, temperatuur en andere bedrijfsomstandigheden, en het vermogen om pompen te onderhouden in een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met elektrische besturingspanelen, mechanische motoren, turbines.
  • Analytische vaardigheden met het vermogen om problemen te troubleshooten en systemische problemen te diagnosticeren.
  • Technische en toepassingskennis.
