  • Zelfstandig verhelpen van storingen aan verwarmings- en comfortinstallaties bij klanten
  • Luisteren naar de klant, hen geruststellen en professioneel uitleg geven over de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden
  • Samenwerken met de binnendienst via telefoon voor advies en snelle probleemoplossing
  • Preventief en correctief onderhoud uitvoeren om installaties optimaal te laten functioneren
  • Rapporteren van interventies en opvolging van technische dossiers
  • Technische kennis van verwarmings- of comfortinstallaties
  • Klantgerichte attitude en vlot communicatief vaardig
  • Zelfstandigheid en een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Rijbewijs B en bereidheid om regelmatig op locatie te werken
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
