Voor een servicegerichte onderneming in de HVAC- en koeltechniek zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren service technieker. Je komt terecht bij een stabiele en familiale werkgever met een sterke reputatie binnen de sector. Vanuit de regio Kortrijk bedient men klanten verspreid over heel West- en Oost-Vlaanderen.

De firma telt een hecht team van een 30-tal medewerkers, waarbij de focus ligt op kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en servicegerichtheid. De sfeer is collegiaal en betrokken: iedereen kent elkaar, en samenwerking verloopt vlot.

Hun klantenbestand is zeer gevarieerd. Zo werk je de ene dag aan een industriële installatie op een grote site, en de volgende dag help je een particulier of zelfstandige met een technische storing. Dankzij deze afwisseling blijft je werk altijd boeiend en leerzaam.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij spoort storingen op aan koel- en vriesinstallaties, warmtepompen en HVAC-systemen en herstelt deze met kennis van zaken
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de klant perfect begrijpt hoe de installatie werkt door alles helder toe te lichten
  • Je registreert nauwkeurig alle uitgevoerde interventies en relevante gegevens
  • Onderhoudswerken behoren niet standaard tot je taken, maar wanneer nodig, neem je die er probleemloos bij
  • Assisteren bij installaties van nieuwe toestellen kan af en toe voorkomen, maar je voert zelf geen plaatsingen uit
  • Je denkt mee met de klant en stelt verbeteringen voor als je die opmerkt
  • Je werkt meestal zelfstandig en komt op veel verschillende locaties, wat zorgt voor de nodige afwisseling
  • Je beschikt over een koeltechnisch certificaat en kan, bij voorkeur, een eerste werkervaring voorleggen in een functie als (service) technieker
  • Je hebt ervaring met HVAC en koeltechnieken
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands is vereist, om veiligheidsinstructies goed te begrijpen
