Functie

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het plaatsen, herstellen en onderhouden van koffieautomaten (type Animo, Bravilor), zowel bij klanten als in onze eigen werkplaats.
  • Je werkt in een voltijds regime van dagdienst.
  • Je wordt voorzien in een grondige opleiding, zowel intern als extern.
  • Je hebt een bestelwagen ter beschikking voor verplaatsingen over heel België. Je vertrekt meestal vanuit je eigen locatie.
  • Je klantengroepen zijn woonzorgcentra, ziekenhuizen, scholen en bedrijven.
  • Je werkt opdrachten tijdig af op een klantgerichte en professionele manier.
  • Je versterkt de klantenbinding door je vriendelijke houding.
  • Je verleent wanneer nodig technische ondersteuning bij evenementen of beurzen.
  • Je rapporteert aan de operations manager.

Profiel

  • Je hebt een technisch diploma
  • Je hebt affiniteit met techniek en fijne mechanica
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
  • Je legt gemakkelijk contacten met klanten
  • Je streeft naar klanttevredenheid
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en met een positieve instelling
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
  • Indien je beschikt over een BA4 - BA5 attest is dit een meerwaarde.
