Werken bij ons betekent meebouwen aan de toekomst van de landbouw. Vanuit Hamont-Achel ondersteunt dit sterke, groeiende bedrijf landbouwers met innovatieve, oplossingen en betrouwbare services. Wij combineren technologie met een persoonlijke aanpak. Je komt terecht in een jong, betrokken team met korte lijnen en een no-nonsense mentaliteit. Hier krijg je vertrouwen, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om te groeien. ter uitbreiding van ons team zijn we op zoek naar een Service Technieker (bij voorkeur met kennis van koel-systemen en koel-installaties).

Jouw taken als Service technieker zijn bij ons als volgt;

  • Je werkt in dagdienst tussen 8u en 16u30
  • Op termijn kan je deel uitmaken van een permanentie-dienst (hoge vergoeding!)
  • Onderhouden, herstellen en afstellen van diverse systemen bij melkveehouders
  • Hier zijn regelmatig ook koel systemen en/of koel installaties bij
  • Storingen opsporen en oplossen, zodat alles blijft draaien wanneer het telt
  • Meedenken met de klant en de situatie per bedrijf opvolgen
  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren om problemen te voorkomen
  • Onderdelen vervangen en claims correct opvolgen
  • Zelfstandig de baan op, met jouw bedrijfswagen, altijd gesteund door het team

  • Affiniteit met de landbouw is geen absolute must
  • Je bent wel bereid je in deze wereld te bewegen; overal, laarzen, no nonsense!
  • Technisch inzicht is belangrijk, ervaring met landbouw installaties is geen must
  • Een technische opleiding is een grote plus, maar
  • We staan ook open voor kandidaten gelijkwaardig door ervaring!
  • Bij ons gaat motivatie en de wil om te leren belangrijker zijn dan diploma
  • Je leert bij ons via interne/externe opleidingen en praktijkervaring
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • In de beginfase ga je met een ervaren technieker mee op de baan
  • Flexibel ingesteld (geen strikte 9-tot-5 mentaliteit, flexibiliteit langs 2 kanten)
  • Je zal werken tussen 8u en 16u30 (op termijn permanentie bespreekbaar!)
  • Minimum in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
