The posting

Als service technieker maak je deel uit van onze buitendienst en sta je paraat voor een tal van klanten (in alle soorten en maten) binnen jouw regio. Technisch inzicht met betrekking tot elektro- en/of verbrandingsmotoren (gasolie en diesel) is hierbij cruciaal. Je voert standaard onderhouden uit maar bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van technische storingen, dit op locatie bij onze klanten.

In een notendop:

  • verrichten van onderhoudswerken bij klanten
  • analyseren en oplossen van technische problemen
  • klanten helder en vlot te woord staan rond de uit te voeren werkzaamheden
  • rapporteren aan de dienst dispatching/planning over de uit te voeren werken en bijhorende werkduur
  • opmaken van werkbonnen en deze correct verwerken
  • beheren van de voorraad van je bestelwagen en deze ook net onderhouden

Je bent technisch aangelegd en hebt een passie voor sleutelen. Daarnaast breng jij het volgende mee:

Diploma of ervaring Een opleiding in mechanica, autotechnieken, elektromechanica of onderhoudstechnieken? Perfect! Geen diploma maar wel veel professionele ervaring of eerder een groot technisch inzicht verworven in je vrije tijd? Ook interessant!

Kennis van heftrucks? Mooi meegenomen, maar geen must: wij leren je graag alles aan!

Leergierig en gemotiveerd Jij wilt elke dag beter worden en staat open voor nieuwe technieken.

Sterk communicatief Je komt met verschillende klanten en doelgroepen in contact. Je weet je communicatie aan te passen aan elke gesprekspartner.

Flexibel Ondanks wij aandacht besteden aan een evenwichtige balans tussen werk en vrije tijd begrijp je dat je geen strikte 9-to-5 mentaliteit kan toepassen wanneer de uit te voeren werkzaamheden niet volledig afgerond zijn of er een collega nood heeft aan extra ondersteuning.
