Onze klant is een verdeler, installateur en servicebedrijf van CNC-machines en totaal oplossingen op vlak van machinebouw en productielijnen. Het familiebedrijf kende in de afgelopen jaren een mooie en stabiele groei. In het teken hiervan breiden ze hun team van techniekers uit. Concreet zoeken ze een gemotiveerd Service technieker op baan om binnen België installaties, onderhoud en depannages aan te pakken aan uiteenlopende productiemachines.

Wat ga je doen?

Als service technieker op baan vertrek je ’s morgens vroeg van thuis uit richting je eerste opdracht. Je krijgt een overzichtelijke planning mee en gaat vervolgens zelfstandig de beste route uitstippelen.

Je job bestaat enerzijds uit het volbrengen van installaties en het opstarten van nieuwe conventionele en CNC-gestuurde productiemachines. Op basis van een technisch plan, ga je de productiemachines correct opbouwen, aansluiten op de bestaande infrastructuur en technisch op punt stellen. Anderzijds word je ingezet om onderhoud en herstellingen uit te voeren op bestaande de productiemachines en lijnen. Je gaat als het ware als een echte MacGyver op zoek naar het probleem, stelt de diagnose en probeert deze zo efficiënt mogelijk aan te pakken.

Periodiek onderhoud kunnen eveneens onderdeel vormen van je takenpakket.

Na afloop van je interventie, maak je de bestelbon op via je tablet en werk je verder je route af.

Klaar voor vandaag? Dan rij je gewoon terug naar huis, stop je nog eens op het atelier voor het geval je nog iets nodig hebt voor de dag erop of als het vrijdag is om een babbeltje te slaan en het weekend in te zetten.

Wie ben jij?

Als service technieker productiemachines kun je volgende technische vereisten afvinken:

  • Technisch geschoold in de richting van elektromechanica, elektriciteit of aanverwant
  • Sterke kennis van elektriciteit, pneumatica, mechanica en elektronica
  • Affiniteit met automatisatie en CNC sturingen
  • Goed technische plannen lezen
  • Als persoon match je met onderstaande eigenschappen:
  • Vlot en correct in de omgang
  • Een problem solver die steeds wil leren
  • Een teamspeler die evengoed zelfstandig kan werken

Tot slot ben je bereid om opdrachten te vervullen over volledig België ( weliswaar wordt de planning zo goed mogelijk afgestemd op je woonplaats). Je beschikt daarnaast over een rijbewijs B en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands.
