Onze klant is marktleider binnen de verkoop en installatie van industriële geautomatiseerde poorten en deuren. De firma wil haar service team binnen West-Vlaanderen versterken en zoekt daarom een gemotiveerde service technieker.

Job omschrijving:

Als Service Technieker word je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de herstelling van industriële poorten en deuren(sectionaal poorten, snellopers, levellers, …) in de regio van West-Vlaanderen.

Je stelt zelfstandig je planning op en bezoekt dagelijks meerdere klanten in de regio van West-Vlaanderen. Bij sommige klanten realiseer je preventieve onderhoudswerken en wijs je hen op mogelijke defecten en slijtages. Bij andere klanten ga je langs voor het verhelpen van storingen. Je analyseert defecten, spoort fouten op, stelt diagnoses en informeert de klant over de best mogelijke oplossing voor de herstelling.

Je communiceert vlot met de klant en doet de digitale verwerking van de opdrachten. Je beheert daarnaast zelf de voorraad in je bestelwagen en doet de nodige bestellingen zodat je je job goed kan uitvoeren.

Ben jij de service technieker West-Vlaanderen die we zoeken? Dan kun je je ongewtijfeld herkennen in onderstaande criteria:

  • Je behaalde een diploma elektriciteit, elektronica, elektromechanica of aanverwant
  • Ervaring is een enorme troef, maar geen must. Er wordt intern sterk geïnvesteerd in opleiding
  • Je hebt een passie voor techniek en bent leergierig
  • Je bent klantgericht en hands-on ingesteld
  • Je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands (andere talen worden gezien als een plus)
  • Open voor een wachtdienst om de 6 weken
  • Attesten zijn een troef: heftruck, schaarlift, VCA vol, BA4 en BA5 - bereidheid om ze te behalen een must!
