Onze klant is marktleider in rollend materieel voor intern transport in België. Ze zijn tevens actief in meer dan 30 landen met meer dan 8000 werknemers. In belgië is hun hoofdkantoor gelegen in regio Antwerpen en zijn ze met een 240-tal gedreven werknemers die elke dag instaan om de beste service te leveren aan hun klanten.

Jobomschrijving

Als Service Technieker onderhoud en herstel je heftrucks en magazijntrucks bij klanten in jouw regio. Je werkt zelfstandig en combineert elektrische, mechanische en hydraulische kennis om storingen snel en duurzaam op te lossen.

  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud, technische controles en periodieke keuringen.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van storingen aan elektrische en thermische trucks.
  • Werken aan motoren, elektrische systemen, hydraulica en mechanische onderdelen.
  • Zelfstandig plannen en uitvoeren van interventies met je uitgeruste servicecamionette.
  • Registreren van diagnoses en uitgevoerde werkzaamheden via tablet.
  • Klanten informeren over de uitgevoerde werken en eventuele vervolgstappen.
  • Bij complexere storingen overleggen met collega’s en technische experten.
  • Uitbouwen van een vertrouwensrelatie met klanten door een professionele en oplossingsgerichte service.

Je hebt een technische achtergrond en interesse in verschillende technische disciplines. Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar weet ook wanneer je expertise van collega’s moet inschakelen.

  • Technische opleiding in autotechnieken, elektromechanica, elektrotechnieken, onderhoudstechnieken of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Een eerste ervaring als servicemonteur, onderhoudstechnieker of in een gelijkaardige functie is een pluspunt.
  • Interesse in elektriciteit, mechanica, hydraulica en thermische of elektromotoren.
  • Kennis van heftrucks is mooi meegenomen, maar wordt aangeleerd.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en veilig.
  • Je bent leergierig, betrouwbaar en communiceert vlot met klanten en collega’s.
