Service Technieker Vacuümpompen

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Onze vacuümpompen draaien op volle toeren, maar missen nog één ding: een technieker die hen begrijpt, verzorgt en af en toe een grondige onderhoudsbeurt geeft. Ben jij die vakman of vakvrouw met een passie voor techniek? Dan willen wij jou graag ontmoeten.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Service Technieker Vacuümpompen werk je mee in onze vestiging in Gent, waar onze machinebouwactiviteiten zijn gevestigd. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze machines in topconditie blijven – zowel in ons atelier als bij onze klanten.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en uitdagend:

  • Voorbereiden, pre-montage en testen van technische units zoals vacuümpompen, hydraulische systemen, pelmachines en andere machines.
  • Demonteren, reinigen en vervangen van onderdelen, gevolgd door het zorgvuldig samenbouwen van de units.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op onderdelen voor definitieve montage.
  • Diagnoses stellen en herstellingen uitvoeren met behulp van lekzoektechnieken.
  • Service-interventies en preventief onderhoud uitvoeren, zowel intern als op locatie bij klanten
  • Regelmatig klanten bezoeken voor periodiek onderhoud en advies.
  • Duidelijke communicatie met klanten over de staat van hun toestellen, mogelijke storingen en toekomstige revisies.
  • Rapporteren van je werk via onderhoudsverslagen en to-dolijsten met aanbevelingen voor verbeteringen.

PROFIEL Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een diploma in een technische richting en bij voorkeur al een eerste werkervaring.
  • Techniek is jouw passie: je wil weten hoe dingen werken en draait je hand niet om voor fijn mechanisch werk.
  • Kennis van lager- en afdichtingstechnieken is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt inzicht in industriële elektriciteit en kunt elektrische motoren en systemen aansluiten en testen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar weet ook wanneer je best hulp inschakelt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en netjes – schoon werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.

Ideaal breng je mee:

  • Ervaring met sleutelen, bijvoorbeeld vanuit de autosector.
  • Het vermogen om problemen al visueel te herkennen bij het openen van een toestel.
  • De drang om alles te demonteren, te analyseren en met precisie opnieuw in elkaar te zetten.
