- Almelo - 32 - 40 uur - 20,02-25,87 Je gaat op pad voor onderhouds- en serviceklussen in winkels, kantoorgebouwen en woningen. De ene dag draai je meerdere kleine klussen op verschillende adressen - een deur herstellen, een slot repareren, een lekkage verhelpen. De andere dag sta je in een mutatiewoning voor groter onderhoudswerk. Je verdient €20,02 tot €25,86 bruto per uur volgens de cao Bouw & Infra, werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week en krijgt 25 vakantiedagen plus 20 ATV-dagen. Je hebt een volledig uitgeruste werkbus die je ook voor woon-werkverkeer gebruikt. Dit krijg je - €20,02 tot €25,86 bruto per uur, afhankelijk van je ervaring - 32 tot 40 uur per week - 25 vakantiedagen en 20 ATV-dagen volgens de cao Bouw & Infra - Pensioenopbouw en overige voorwaarden volgens de cao Bouw & Infra - Een volledig uitgeruste werkbus van de zaak per koppel, ook voor je woon-werkverkeer - Een persoonlijk opleidingsbudget om je vakkennis bij te houden of uit te breiden - Lid van de personeelsvereniging: vrijdagmiddagborrels, de bouwvakbarbecue en de kerstborrel - Korte lijnen: ongeveer 70 collega's, platte organisatie, je schakelt direct met je onderhoudsteam Wat ga je doen? - Je herstelt deuren, repareert sloten en lost lekkages op bij klanten op locatie - Je voert groter onderhoudswerk uit in mutatiewoningen - Je werkt in winkels, kantoorpanden en woningen, het bedrijf bouwt en onderhoudt onder andere voor landelijke supermarkt- en tankstationketens - Je bent op één dag vaak op meerdere adressen en bepaalt zelf de volgorde en aanpak van je klussen - Je gaat vaak alleen op pad, maar je kunt altijd overleggen met je onderhoudsteam of hulp inschakelen Wat zoeken we in jou? - Je spreekt Nederlands - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als timmerman met een afgeronde opleiding in de bouw, of 5 jaar of meer ervaring als timmerman zonder diploma - Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B Over de werkgever Je komt te werken bij een familiebedrijf met ongeve...
