Befristet von Oktober 2026 bis April 2027 - Saisonbetrieb

(auch geringfügige Anstellung nach Absprache möglich)

Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, arbeitest gerne im Team und packst auch dort mit an, wo gerade Hilfe gebraucht wird? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Für unser Restaurant 4.0 und das Kids Space suchen wir eine motivierte Service- und Gastronomiemitarbeiter:in, die unsere Gäste freundlich betreut, an der Kassa unterstützt und auch bei der Vorbereitung kleiner Speisen mithilft. Eine abgeschlossene Lehre ist nicht erforderlich - wichtiger sind uns Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit.

Deine Aufgaben

* Freundliche Betreuung unserer Gäste im Restaurant 4.0 und Kids Space

* Service bei Veranstaltungen und im laufenden Betrieb

* Kassatätigkeiten sowie Empfang und Betreuung unserer Gäste

* Kassieren der Eintritte im Kids Space

* Selbstständiges Inkasso und Tagesabrechnung

* Zubereitung von Kaffee, Getränken und kleinen Speisen

* Vorbereitung von Speisen für Kindergeburtstage

* Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Service-, Schank- und Küchenbereich

Das solltest du mitbringen

* Freude am Umgang mit Kindern und an der Gastronomie

* Serviceerfahrung ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

* Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten

* Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent

* Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Flexibilität sowie Bereitschaft zu Wochenenddiensten (Freitag, Samstag und Sonntag)

* Teilzeitstelle mit 12 bis 30 Wochenstunden

* Auch geringfügige Anstellung nach Absprache möglich

* Geregelte Arbeitszeiten ohne Teildienste

* Dienstzeiten an Freitagen, Samstagen, Sonntagen sowie an schulfreien Tagen zwischen 9:00 und maximal 19:00 Uhr

* Kostenlose Verpflegung während der Dienstzeit

* Ermäßigung im hauseigenen Fitnessstudio

* Die Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen einzubringen und mitzugestalten

Entlohnung

Die Entlohnung erfolgt gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag für Arbeiter:innen in der Gastronomie und Hotellerie Niederösterreich.

Der kollektivvertragliche Bruttomonatslohn (Vollzeitbasis) beträgt derzeit:

* € 2.237,00 mit abgeschlossener Lehrabschlussprüfung

* € 2.026,00 ohne abgeschlossene Lehrabschlussprüfung

Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
